Description

It was the smocking that drew one's gaze along and down her pants. Something I'd never seen before, the fabric was gathered and held together by ever-widening stitches, and before I knew it, my eyes were on the floor. But they made their way back up, trying to trace where the smocking first got wider. As she walked to the door, I got distracted by how lightly the fabric seemed to sway around her shins. It felt like I would find a new detail to admire about her pants every time I looked at them.
