Shipping Policy
All orders are processed & shipped within 2-14 working days.
You will receive a tracking ID from our logistics partners once your order is shipped.
Do note, Saturdays & Sundays would not count as working days.
We offer complimentary shipping within New Delhi.
International shipping will be arranged on request. Please contact us on lot1@acquire.gallery with your order details.
You will receive your order tracking number on your registered email ID, but you can also log into your account on the ACQUIRE website to manage & track all your orders.
We accept returns for ready-to-ship items if an incorrect item has been shipped. Our made-to-measure items cannot be returned, as they are customized to you and therefore cannot be recirculated. Contact us at lot1@acquire.gallery for additional support.

We offer free shipping for delivery all over India.
PROCESSING TIME FOR GENERAL ORDERS
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent containing the details of your order. Please allow us 7-14 business days to process and ship your order.
PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Please allow us 3-4 weeks to process and ship all custom sizing orders.
FAILED DELIVERY
In case of any unanticipated delays we will get in touch with you via email, and do our best to sort out the problem. The goods not received or collected by you at the time of delivery will be returned to us. In the case of such an event, we will contact you to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on the future course of action. Unless otherwise agreed, any delivery attempt starting from the second shall be at your expense.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of an item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 7 days of you receiving it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All items are returnable for store credit only.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits are valid for two years from the date they were issued. Exchanges can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email to lot1@acquire.gallery and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
